The Misterious World of Plants

Did you know that plants don’t have lungs but can still breathe? That they have no ears but can listen? Have no mouth, stomach, eyes or brain, yet they can feed themselves, process their food, perceive light and even make the best decisions to survive and communicate?

In this second season of Science Snack, Dr. Claudia Ortiz Calderón, professor and researcher at the Faculty of Chemistry and Biology of Universidad de Santiago, will discuss, in 8 short episodes, the importance, characteristics and contribution of the plant world to the future of the planet and humanity.
