Leading Voices, Women Who Transform Universities, is a podcast of the Office of the Vice-President for Research, Innovation and Creation, developed through the InES Science + Gender project in collaboration with USACH’s Office of Gender, Diversity and Equality .

The podcast explores the experiences, achievements and challenges of female researchers, professors and managers who, through their leadership skills, have left a significant mark in diverse Chilean universities, including Universidad de Santiago de Chile.
