DESCRIPTION

This R&D unit aims to organize academic groups working on the food research line; optimize the use of human and material resources that USACH allocates for this purpose; contribute to solving problems of national interest within its scope of action; foster outreach to national and international organizations; promote technical assistance and provide services in its areas of competence.
