Esta tecnolog\u00eda se encuentra\u00a0 patentada en Chile, cuya tramitaci\u00f3n fue apoyada por la Direcci\u00f3n de Gesti\u00f3n Tecnol\u00f3gica de la VRIIC.<\/b><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-inner-column elementor-element elementor-element-129b6dd4\" data-id=\"129b6dd4\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-25542304 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"25542304\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La Direcci\u00f3n Meteorol\u00f3gica de Chile report\u00f3 que este verano fue el <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/climatologia.meteochile.gob.cl\/application\/publicaciones\/documentoPdf\/boletinTendenciasClimaticas\/boletinTendenciasClimaticas-202302.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">m\u00e1s c\u00e1lido<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> en Santiago desde 1961, mientras que el \u00faltimo invierno se convirti\u00f3 en el <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cr2.cl\/el-invierno-de-2022-se-transformo-en-el-mas-frio-de-la-decada-cnn-chile\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">m\u00e1s fr\u00edo<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de la presente d\u00e9cada.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dicha evoluci\u00f3n en las temperaturas no s\u00f3lo ocurre en nuestro territorio, sino en todo el mundo, impactando a distintas industrias. Es el caso de la construcci\u00f3n, en donde es cada vez m\u00e1s frecuente tratar de mejorar el confort ambiental interno en los nuevos edificios que se van levantando.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sin embargo, a\u00fan persisten ciertas tendencias como es el uso de muros cortina o fachadas acristaladas, las cuales fueron pensadas\u00a0 para pa\u00edses fr\u00edos.En el caso de ciudades m\u00e1s c\u00e1lidas como Santiago, este tipo de edificaciones reciben una cantidad excesiva de radiaci\u00f3n solar, provocando temperaturas interiores por sobre el rango de confort y una constante utilizaci\u00f3n de sistemas de enfriamiento, que finalmente impactan en la salud humana y en el consumo de un alto gasto energ\u00e9tico, entre otros.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para abordar esta problem\u00e1tica, un equipo de investigaci\u00f3n de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.arquitectura.usach.cl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Facultad de Arquitectura y Ambiente Construido<\/a>, conformado por <strong>Camila Manfredi<\/strong>, arquitecta USACH, junto con los acad\u00e9micos <strong>Ricardo Mart\u00ednez<\/strong>, Ph.D y M.Sc in Renewable Energy and Architecture; <strong>Gast\u00f3n Herrera<\/strong>,\u00a0 Mag\u00edster (\u00a9) en Geom\u00e1tica y el arquitecto <strong>Iv\u00e1n Jim\u00e9nez<\/strong>, desarrollaron un sistema de control solar ultra ligero, que regula la temperatura interior de los recintos de un edificio.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se trata de una membrana\u00a0 textil de alta resistencia a rayos UV y mec\u00e1nica, que se instala sobre\u00a0 fachadas de edificaciones, permitiendo controlar la radiaci\u00f3n solar gracias al sombreado diferenciado entre invierno y verano. Esto se consigue mediante la replicaci\u00f3n modular de una estudiada geometr\u00eda romboidal.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cLa forma romboidal propuesta responde de manera eficiente\u00a0 a la necesidad de\u00a0 control de la radiaci\u00f3n, pues\u00a0 es capaz de bloquear los rayos solares en los momentos m\u00e1s cr\u00edticos del d\u00eda y del a\u00f1o, cercanos al solsticio de verano, sin afectar la captaci\u00f3n de luz natural necesaria en los espacios habitables\u201d <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">comenta el arquitecto <strong>Ricardo Mart\u00ednez<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asimismo, aclara que durante el invierno, la situaci\u00f3n se vuelve diferente. \u201c<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En ese per\u00edodo es importante captar la mayor cantidad de energ\u00eda, para as\u00ed, lograr aumentar la temperatura interior de los recintos, y no generar un aumento en el consumo de energ\u00eda por demanda de calefacci\u00f3n\u201d.<\/span><\/i><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se espera que la aplicaci\u00f3n de la tecnolog\u00eda pueda beneficiar a las industrias de la construcci\u00f3n y de la arquitectura, adem\u00e1s de impactar positivamente en el confort t\u00e9rmico interno y en la salud de las personas que habitan o trabajan en edificios.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En la actualidad, esta tecnolog\u00eda USACH se encuentra con <strong>patente concedida en Chile<\/strong>, tr\u00e1mite que fue apoyado por
