Una forma muy interesante de recuperar parte del agua es su uso como sustrato para la digesti\u00f3n anaer\u00f3bica. Debido a su alto contenido org\u00e1nico, el agua residual vitivin\u00edcola requiere del uso de fuentes de elementos traza que permitan un desarrollo \u00f3ptimo del proceso. Una fuente importante de elementos traza son las cenizas volantes. \u00c9stas han mostrado efectos positivos tanto en residuos s\u00f3lidos urbanos como en lodos residuales, pero no se han aplicado en aguas residuales vitivin\u00edcolas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por otro lado, el uso de reactores secuenciales discontinuos (Sequential batch reactor, SBR) es uno de las mejoras formas de tratar estas aguas, cuya caracter\u00edstica principal es su estacionalidad. Si bien el uso de SBR para el agua residual vitivin\u00edcola ha sido propuesto con anterioridad, el uso de cenizas volantes en el proceso y la inclusi\u00f3n de esta mejora en el modelo cin\u00e9tico no han sido propuestos. La inclusi\u00f3n del efecto de las cenizas en la cin\u00e9tica de digesti\u00f3n anaer\u00f3bica permitir\u00eda una mejor comprensi\u00f3n del proceso y la b\u00fasqueda de nuevos escenario de operaci\u00f3n. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed, el objetivo del proyecto es el desarrollo y la evaluaci\u00f3n de un modelo matem\u00e1tico de digesti\u00f3n anaerobia para reactor de lotes secuenciales que traten agua residual vitivin\u00edcola acondicionada con cenizas. Para cumplir el objetivo del proyecto, se desarrollar\u00e1 un modelo matem\u00e1tico de digesti\u00f3n anaerobia para reactor de lotes secuenciales que traten agua residual vitivin\u00edcola acondicionada con cenizas, el que debe ser calibrado y validado con datos experimentales de un SBR anaer\u00f3bico que trat\u00f3 agua residual vitivin\u00edcola acondicionada con cenizas. La programaci\u00f3n matem\u00e1tica y simulaciones, se realizaran en el software Matlab. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El principal desaf\u00edo y novedad del proyecto es la incorporaci\u00f3n del efecto de las cenizas volantes en la cin\u00e9tica de DA, por lo que se va a considerar incorporar una funci\u00f3n que describa este efecto en las ecuaciones de reacciones bioqu\u00edmicas (conversi\u00f3n de sustrato, de cin\u00e9ticas de crecimiento y decaimiento microbiano). Los datos experimentales se obtendr\u00e1n con experiencias de laboratorio. Se operaran dos reactores AnSBR de 2 Lt los que se alimentaran con agua residual de vitivin\u00edcola, con y sin dosificaci\u00f3n de cenizas volantes, en condiciones mesof\u00edlicas. Las fases de operaci\u00f3n (sedimentaci\u00f3n, vaciado y llenado) ser\u00e1n programadas en base a las caracterizaciones del agua residual y de las cenizas. Se utilizar\u00e1 m\u00e9todos est\u00e1ndares para el an\u00e1lisis de aguas residuales. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con este proyecto se espera obtener un nuevo modelo matem\u00e1tico que permita predecir el comportamiento de un reactor SBR de digesti\u00f3n anaerobia, en el que se acondicione el agua residual vitivin\u00edcola a tratar con cenizas.
