Las inscripciones a las sesiones, a\u00fan se encuentran abiertas.<\/b><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-inner-column elementor-element elementor-element-e4595e5\" data-id=\"e4595e5\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-629abf5c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"629abf5c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Como parte del ciclo de encuentros que viene realizando el <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/dgt.usach.cl\/impacta-id-2022\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Programa Impacta I+D 2022<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, que organiza la <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/dgt.usach.cl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Direcci\u00f3n de Gesti\u00f3n Tecnol\u00f3gica<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de la Vridei, el martes 27 de septiembre se efectu\u00f3 el taller <strong>&#8220;Mercado y modelos de sustentabilidad de negocios&#8221;<\/strong>. Este estuvo a cargo de <strong>Javier Gavil\u00e1n<\/strong>, Gerente de Emprendimiento en Ematris y especialista en valorizaci\u00f3n y formulaci\u00f3n de proyectos tecnol\u00f3gicos; y de Elena Barindelli, Consultora Senior en Formulaci\u00f3n de Proyectos de Innovaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La sesi\u00f3n abord\u00f3 la importancia de estudiar el mercado y proponer un modelo de negocio, los tipos de impacto que puede generar nuestro emprendimiento, y la presentaci\u00f3n de casos de empresas cient\u00edficas tecnol\u00f3gicas como modelos de sustentabilidad, entre otros m\u00e1s. De acuerdo a los expositores, dichas definiciones son necesarias para despu\u00e9s postular a fondos de financiamiento o\u00a0 crear una startup.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Uno de los primero temas que trataron fue c\u00f3mo dimensionar adecuadamente el tama\u00f1o de mercado para el proyecto, donde los expertos recomendaron \u201cescoger claramente la forma de estimarlo, ya sea cuantificando la cantidad de empresas o personas que comprar\u00edan tu producto, o bien buscando an\u00e1lisis de mercado realizados por empresas reconocidas como Deloitte u otras\u201d.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asimismo, aconsejaron enfocarse en un mercado lo suficientemente atractivo, el cual puede estimarse de 4 formas. En primer lugar se debe definir su tama\u00f1o, calculando el TAM (Total Addressable Market), que es el mercado total posible o \u201cuniverso; el SAM (Served Available Market), que representa el mercado disponible que somos capaces de abarcar con nuestra tecnolog\u00eda o servicio y el\u00a0 SOM (Serviceable Obtainable Market) que es el mercado objetivo y realista al cual queremos apuntar.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En segundo t\u00e9rmino, se debe obtener informaci\u00f3n en fuentes primarias o directas, las cuales pueden ser conversar con el cliente o un experto;\u00a0 y aquellas secundarias como lo son documentos, papers, informes o art\u00edculos, entre otros, donde lo importante \u201ces que sean lo m\u00e1s actualizadas posibles\u201d. Tercero, es necesario calcular el tama\u00f1o del mercado a trav\u00e9s de datos estad\u00edsticos u obtenidos en estudios de otras empresas. Por \u00faltimo, se debe estimar el triple impacto social, econ\u00f3mico y ambiental del proyecto.<\/span><\/p><h6><b>Definiendo un modelo de negocios<\/b><\/h6><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En la segunda parte de la exposici\u00f3n, los expositores se refirieron a la relevancia de generar un modelo de negocios para un emprendimiento, el cual permite \u201cdescribir la l\u00f3gica de c\u00f3mo una empresa crea, entrega y captura valor\u201d.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lo anterior, porque permitir\u00e1 validar los aspectos clave de una innovaci\u00f3n y definir de manera simple y estructurada lo esencial de un negocio. Enfatizaron que, para conseguirlo es necesario responder preguntas relativas a c\u00f3mo: seleccionar los clientes; definir y diferenciar nuestra oferta; conseguir y conservar a los clientes; configurar los recursos y salir al mercado, entre otras interrogantes.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En ese contexto, agregaron que una forma simple de configurar un modelo de negocio\u00a0 es aplicando la herramienta Lean Canvas, la cual permite definir una matriz dividida en 9 partes, en la cual est\u00e1n representados los segmentos de clientes; los canales que utiliza la empresa para comunicarse y alcanzar a sus clientes,\u00a0 la relaci\u00f3n con estos mismos; nuestra\u00a0 propuesta de valor;\u00a0 qui\u00e9nes son los socios;\u00a0 las actividades claves a realizar y los recursos\u00a0 con los que contamos. Es as\u00ed como para este martes 4, se efectuar\u00e1\u00a0 la sesi\u00f3n <strong>\u201cArticulaci\u00f3n de asociados y pitch de proyectos\u201d<\/strong>, la cual busca entregar y practicar una estructura de la metodolog\u00eda Pitch360, como tambie\u0301n consejos estrate\u0301gicos, de forma de articular una red de actores para comunicar esta narrativa.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El taller ser\u00e1 dictado en el Cowork del Laboratorio de Emprendimiento e Innovaci\u00f3n, LEIND, ubicado en el piso 2, del Departamento de Ingenier\u00eda Industrial de la Universidad de Santiago.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Las personas que deseen participar, a\u00fan est\u00e1n a tiempo para inscribirse en los pr\u00f3ximos talleres y en la \u00faltima charla que ofrece el programa.
