Participaron las empresas Pl\u00e1stico JH y Sonoflex, adem\u00e1s del apoyo de la Vicerrector\u00eda de investigaci\u00f3n, Innovaci\u00f3n y Creaci\u00f3n, a trav\u00e9s de su Direcci\u00f3n de Gesti\u00f3n Tecnol\u00f3gica.<\/b><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4d2d3fa3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4d2d3fa3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"field field-name-post-date field-type-ds field-label-hidden\"><div class=\"field-items\"><div class=\"field-item even\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los procesos productivos en f\u00e1bricas y oficinas generan constantemente altos niveles de ruido que pueden afectar la salud auditiva de quienes trabajan en estos espacios. Frente a esta problem\u00e1tica, la Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial de la Salud recomienda no superar los 65 decibeles, mientras que la normativa chilena permite hasta 85 decibeles en jornadas laborales de ocho horas.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Una situaci\u00f3n de este tipo enfrentaba la empresa <a href=\"https:\/\/desafioambiente.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Desaf\u00edo Ambiente,<\/a> dedicada a la valorizaci\u00f3n de residuos pl\u00e1sticos. El funcionamiento continuo de sus maquinarias produc\u00eda ruido y eco al interior de la planta, afectando la comunicaci\u00f3n y concentraci\u00f3n entre\u00a0 sus colaboradores.<\/span><\/p><p><strong>Con el objetivo de dar respuesta a esta problem\u00e1tica, el equipo de investigaci\u00f3n del Laboratorio LEMAA de la <a href=\"https:\/\/arquitectura.usach.cl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Facultad de Arquitectura y Ambiente Construido<\/a> de la Universidad de Santiago de Chile cre\u00f3 un innovador resonador ac\u00fastico para instalar en techos y muros, el cual fue fabricado con pl\u00e1stico reciclado y, adem\u00e1s, completamente reciclable.<\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Este desarrollo surgi\u00f3 como resultado del proyecto Fondef \u201cResonador ac\u00fastico de pl\u00e1stico reciclado para espacios de trabajo\u201d, que finaliz\u00f3 en septiembre de 2025. <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cComo laboratorio propusimos la configuraci\u00f3n de este producto en base a una cobertura y un relleno. Decimos dise\u00f1ar un m\u00f3dulo, pr\u00f3ximo a las medidas est\u00e1ndar de un cielo americano, de 60 por 60 cent\u00edmetros, para lo cual\u00a0 utilizamos la tecnolog\u00eda de inyecci\u00f3n\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, se\u00f1ala el <strong>Dr. Hugo P\u00e9rez, director de LEMAA e investigador en CIMAC de la Usach.<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cabe destacar que el proyecto signific\u00f3 una colaboraci\u00f3n estrecha con Pl\u00e1sticos JH, con el cual se dise\u00f1\u00f3 la carcasa difusora, mientras que con Desaf\u00edo Ambiente, que cre\u00f3 una m\u00e1quina extrusora para la producci\u00f3n del material de relleno.<\/span><\/p><h2><b>Menor reverberaci\u00f3n<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A mediados del a\u00f1o pasado, el resonador fue instalado en el cielo de la planta de Desaf\u00edo Ambiente. Se realizaron evaluaciones ac\u00fasticas, junto a la empresa Sonoflex, antes y despu\u00e9s de la implementaci\u00f3n, registr\u00e1ndose una disminuci\u00f3n considerable de la reverberaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ello impact\u00f3 en una mejora significativa en las condiciones ac\u00fasticas del lugar, que impactaron en la calidad de vida laboral, la seguridad y la habitabilidad del espacio.\u00a0 As\u00ed lo destac\u00f3 <strong>Mar\u00eda Jos\u00e9 Vargas, cofundadora de Desaf\u00edo Ambiente,<\/strong> durante el evento de cierre del proyecto Fondef, realizado en septiembre pasado.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cLos cambios han sido notorios, haciendo el ambiente mucho m\u00e1s confortable\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> dijo en aquella ocasi\u00f3n. Asimismo, coment\u00f3 que antes de la instalaci\u00f3n del resonador, el ruido de las maquinarias hac\u00eda casi imposible sostener reuniones o hablar por tel\u00e9fono dentro de la planta.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La representante de la empresa tambi\u00e9n valor\u00f3 el trabajo colaborativo entre la Universidad y el sector privado, se\u00f1alando que \u201cc<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">uando ambos mundos se unen, pueden crear productos tan innovadores como este\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Adem\u00e1s, enfatiz\u00f3 que esta alianza impuls\u00f3 a la empresa a seguir avanzando en el desarrollo de la fibra absorbente utilizada en el producto.<\/span><\/p><h2><b>Un producto \u00fanico en el mercado<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El resonador ac\u00fastico presenta un alto potencial de escalabilidad, al tratarse de una <strong>soluci\u00f3n nacional, sustentable, competitiva y de bajo costo productivo.<\/strong> Adem\u00e1s, promueve la econom\u00eda circular mediante el uso de residuos pl\u00e1sticos reciclados y reciclables.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Al respecto, el <strong>Dr. Hugo P\u00e9rez<\/strong> enfatiza que \u201c<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">es un producto nacional, desarrollado a partir de residuos, lo que permite reducir costos de producci\u00f3n. Adem\u00e1s de ser reciclado, tambi\u00e9n es reciclable, un aspecto muy relevante dentro de los nuevos productos manufacturados con materia prima secundaria, como el
