La investigaci\u00f3n, que fue ejecutada en conjunto con la Universidad de Chile, tuvo como entidad asociada a la empresa Andes Electr\u00f3nica y cont\u00f3 con la colaboraci\u00f3n de Forestal y Papelera Concepci\u00f3n S.A., adem\u00e1s del apoyo de la Direcci\u00f3n de Gesti\u00f3n Tecnol\u00f3gica de la Vriic.<\/b><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2a36585d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2a36585d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los motores de inducci\u00f3n son ampliamente utilizados en diversos procesos productivos de la industria, el sector servicios e incluso a nivel domiciliario, donde uno de los principales desaf\u00edos actuales es mejorar su eficiencia energ\u00e9tica.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para abordar esta problem\u00e1tica, un equipo de investigaci\u00f3n de la <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.factec.usach.cl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Facultad Tecnol\u00f3gica<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de la <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">U<a href=\"https:\/\/www.usach.cl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">niversidad de Santiago de Chile (Usach)<\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, liderado por el Dr. Juan Carlos Travieso, trabaj\u00f3 por m\u00e1s de seis a\u00f1os en una soluci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica que hoy se encuentra validada tanto a nivel de laboratorio como en entornos reales. Se trata de MAXEE, un prototipo de alimentador electr\u00f3nico capaz de reducir el consumo energ\u00e9tico en motores de inducci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Este sistema fue presentado oficialmente en nuestra\u00a0 Universidad, en el marco del evento de cierre del proyecto IT 23I0117 realizado a fines de noviembre. La iniciativa fue financiada por <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/anid.cl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ANID<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y ejecutada en colaboraci\u00f3n con la <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/uchile.cl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Universidad de Chile<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">; tuvo como entidad asociada a <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/andeselec.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Andes Electr\u00f3nica<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">; cont\u00f3 con la colaboraci\u00f3n de <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Forestal y <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fpc.cl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Papelera Concepci\u00f3n S.A<\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.; y con el apoyo de la <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/dgt.usach.cl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Direcci\u00f3n de Gesti\u00f3n Tecnol\u00f3gica<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de la <a href=\"https:\/\/vriic.usach.cl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">V<\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">icerrector\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n, Innovaci\u00f3n y Creaci\u00f3n (Vriic).<\/span><\/p><p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cEste desarrollo integr\u00f3 las capacidades y experiencia de dos equipos de investigaci\u00f3n: el del <\/span><\/i><a href=\"https:\/\/e2tech.usach.cl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Centro de Investigaci\u00f3n en Tecnolog\u00edas para la Energ\u00eda El\u00e9ctrica (E2Tech)<\/span><\/i><\/a><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de la <\/span><\/i><a href=\"https:\/\/fing.usach.cl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Facultad de Ingenier\u00eda<\/span><\/i><\/a><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, responsable del dise\u00f1o del hardware, y nuestro <\/span><\/i><a href=\"https:\/\/vriic.usach.cl\/index.php\/laboratorio-de-investigacion-en-automatizacion-y-energias\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Laboratorio de Investigaci\u00f3n en Automatizaci\u00f3n y Energ\u00edas <\/span><\/i><\/a><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">de la Facultad Tecnol\u00f3gica, a cargo del software\u201d, <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">se\u00f1al\u00f3 el Dr. Juan Carlos Travieso.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El investigador recalc\u00f3, adem\u00e1s, que este trabajo conjunto permiti\u00f3 generar <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cun prototipo industrial avanzado y validado, que alcanz\u00f3 un nivel de madurez tecnol\u00f3gica TRL 6. Por lo tanto, es potencialmente escalable para su transferencia tecnol\u00f3gica\u201d.<\/span><\/i><\/p><h2><b>Eficiencia energ\u00e9tica en tiempo real<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A diferencia de las soluciones tradicionales, MAXEE puede operar tanto en motores de velocidad fija como variable, integrando un algoritmo de control que ajusta autom\u00e1ticamente su funcionamiento para alcanzar la m\u00e1xima eficiencia posible en cada condici\u00f3n de operaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p><p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cEl valor de esta tecnolog\u00eda radica en que se trata de una soluci\u00f3n electr\u00f3nica estandarizada, capaz de adaptarse a distintos tipos de motores, lo que la convierte en una soluci\u00f3n \u00fanica en el mercado\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, explic\u00f3 el investigador.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El sistema puede funcionar las 24 horas del d\u00eda, cuenta con monitoreo remoto y es escalable hasta 25 kilowatts de potencia, ampliando su potencial de aplicaci\u00f3n en sectores industriales, comerciales y de servicios, como hospitales, edificios p\u00fablicos y oficinas.<\/span><\/p><h2><b>Validaci\u00f3n industrial<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Las pruebas piloto se realizaron en conjunto con Andes Electr\u00f3nica, lo que permiti\u00f3 validar el desempe\u00f1o del sistema en condiciones industriales reales.<\/span><b> Los resultados evidenciaron ahorros energ\u00e9ticos superiores al 4% en comparaci\u00f3n con los m\u00e9todos tradicionales.<\/b><\/p><p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cEsta colaboraci\u00f3n con la Universidad ha sido muy positiva. Somos una empresa dedicada exclusivamente a la investigaci\u00f3n y desarrollo de productos nacionales, y esta integraci\u00f3n nos ha permitido implementar nuestro campo de acci\u00f3n con estudiantes y profesionales de la Usach\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, indic\u00f3 <\/span><b>Jorge Morchio, Gerente General de Andes Electr\u00f3nica.<\/b><\/p><p><b>El
