La investigaci\u00f3n se realiz\u00f3 en conjunto con la Universidad de Chile, fue financiada por ANID y cont\u00f3 con la asociaci\u00f3n de la empresa Andes Electr\u00f3nica y la colaboraci\u00f3n de Forestal y Papelera Concepci\u00f3n S.A.,\u00a0 m\u00e1s el apoyo de la Direcci\u00f3n de Gesti\u00f3n Tecnol\u00f3gica de la Vriic.<\/b><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6935d019 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6935d019\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Con la presentaci\u00f3n de los resultados y una demostraci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica se realiz\u00f3, de manera virtual, el <\/span><b>evento de cierre del proyecto IT 23I0117 \u201cInvestigaci\u00f3n y desarrollo de un alimentador electr\u00f3nico para m\u00e1xima eficiencia en motores de inducci\u00f3n\u201d, liderado por el Dr. Juan Carlos Travieso<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, acad\u00e9mico e investigador de la Facultad Tecnol\u00f3gica de la Universidad de Santiago de Chile.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El proyecto tuvo como principal avance el <\/span><b>desarrollo de un prototipo denominado MAXEE, compuesto por un hardware y un software, que reduce significativamente el consumo el\u00e9ctrico en motores de inducci\u00f3n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, los que son ampliamente utilizados en procesos industriales, comerciales, de servicios y a nivel domiciliario.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La iniciativa da respuesta a la creciente necesidad de optimizar el uso energ\u00e9tico en un contexto de crisis energ\u00e9tica global, contribuyendo directamente al Objetivo de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) N\u00ba7 de Naciones Unidas (ONU), que promueve la energ\u00eda asequible y no contaminante para la poblaci\u00f3n mundial.<\/span><\/p><p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cEn la investigaci\u00f3n, nos enfocamos en la eficiencia energ\u00e9tica, una de las v\u00edas m\u00e1s efectivas para paliar la crisis energ\u00e9tica actual. En Chile y en el mundo, cerca del 46% del consumo el\u00e9ctrico corresponde al uso de motores el\u00e9ctricos, por lo que mejorar su eficiencia tiene un impacto directo en la sostenibilidad\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, explic\u00f3 el Dr. Travieso.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El acad\u00e9mico destac\u00f3 que el dispositivo representa una soluci\u00f3n electr\u00f3nica estandarizada, capaz de operar con motores de velocidad fija o variable, integrando un esquema de control basado en un algoritmo que alcanza la m\u00e1xima eficiencia posible en tiempo real, transform\u00e1ndolo en un producto \u00fanico en el mercado.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cabe destacar que el desarrollo de la tecnolog\u00eda fue posible gracias al trabajo colaborativo y multidisciplinario entre los equipos del <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/e2tech.usach.cl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Centro de Investigaci\u00f3n en Tecnolog\u00edas para la Energ\u00eda El\u00e9ctrica (E2Tech)<\/a> <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">de la <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/fing.usach.cl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Facultad de Ingenier\u00eda<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, que dise\u00f1\u00f3 el hardware, y\u00a0 del <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/vriic.usach.cl\/index.php\/laboratorio-de-investigacion-en-automatizacion-y-energias\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Laboratorio de Investigaci\u00f3n en Automatizaci\u00f3n y Energ\u00edas<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, de la <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.factec.usach.cl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Facultad de Tecnolog\u00eda<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, a cargo del\u00a0 software.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tambi\u00e9n se sumaron la <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/uchile.cl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Universidad de Chile<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, a trav\u00e9s del trabajo del investigador, Dr. Roberto C\u00e1rdenas, y la colaboraci\u00f3n de las empresas <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/andeselec.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Andes Electr\u00f3nica<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, y <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fpc.cl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Forestal y Papelera Concepci\u00f3n S.A<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Su ejecuci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n cont\u00f3 con el apoyo de la <a href=\"https:\/\/dgt.usach.cl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Direcci\u00f3n de Gesti\u00f3n Tecnol\u00f3gica<\/a> de la <a href=\"https:\/\/vriic.usach.cl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Vriic<\/a>.<\/span><\/p><h2><b>Innovaci\u00f3n \u00fanica para el mercado<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durante la presentaci\u00f3n, el Dr. Juan Carlos Travieso enfatiz\u00f3 que este desarrollo es fruto de \u201c<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">m\u00e1s de 10\u00a0 a\u00f1os de investigaci\u00f3n, que han derivado en tres patentes solicitadas, varios art\u00edculos cient\u00edficos y un laboratorio completamente equipado. Hemos creado capacidades \u00fanicas, formando investigadores y profesionales especializados, y estableciendo alianzas con instituciones p\u00fablicas y privadas\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asimismo, dijo que el proyecto culmin\u00f3 con un nivel de madurez tecnol\u00f3gica de<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> TRL 7, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">en donde <\/span><b>se lograron mejoras con respecto al prototipo anterior, en cuanto a dise\u00f1o, resistencia y capacidad de operaci\u00f3n continua.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> El nuevo modelo puede funcionar 24 horas al d\u00eda, con monitoreo remoto y escalabilidad hasta 25 kilowatts de potencia, entre otros avances que mencion\u00f3.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Tambi\u00e9n coment\u00f3 que las pruebas del piloto junto a la empresa Andes Electr\u00f3nica, validaron el desempe\u00f1o del equipo en condiciones industriales, en donde se observaron ahorros energ\u00e9ticos superiores al 4% respecto de los m\u00e9todos tradicionales.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u201c<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Incluso los motores de eficiencia premium pueden mejorar su rendimiento utilizando nuestro sistema\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, agreg\u00f3 el investigador.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Antes de finalizar el evento de cierre, el ingeniero Carlos Alvial realiz\u00f3 una <\/span><b>demostraci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica del funcionamiento de MAXEE, destacando su capacidad para monitorear y ajustar de forma autom\u00e1tica la eficiencia de dos motores conectados en paralelo, mediante un sistema de control adaptable y monitoreo remoto. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El dispositivo se conecta a Wi-Fi y permite visualizar los datos de operaci\u00f3n y ahorro energ\u00e9tico a trav\u00e9s de una plataforma web.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Finalmente, el Dr. Travieso subray\u00f3 que el <\/span><b>pr\u00f3ximo desaf\u00edo es llevar el prototipo al mercado antes de 2027, con el respaldo de las instituciones asociadas.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u201c<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El desarrollo de MAXEE demuestra que desde la Universidad de Santiago es posible generar soluciones tecnol\u00f3gicas de alto impacto que aportan al pa\u00eds y al mundo en materia de eficiencia energ\u00e9tica\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">,
