Entre los temas de inter\u00e9s se encuentran la adaptaci\u00f3n celular ante fuerzas externas, la caracterizaci\u00f3n de las propiedades mec\u00e1nicas de las c\u00e9lulas estudiadas y, m\u00e1s recientemente, la identificaci\u00f3n de la actividad biol\u00f3gica mediante la detecci\u00f3n de fluctuaciones en sistemas donde predominan fluctuaciones de origen t\u00e9rmico. Para abordar estos problemas de inter\u00e9s f\u00edsico y biol\u00f3gico, construimos y desarrollamos t\u00e9cnicas experimentales ad-hoc como pinzas \u00f3pticas y detecci\u00f3n de fluctuaciones a trav\u00e9s de interferometr\u00eda l\u00e1ser, complementadas con t\u00e9cnicas de an\u00e1lisis de Fourier, Correlaci\u00f3n y Wavelets que nos permiten caracterizar estos sistemas El instrumento utiliza un l\u00e1ser infrarrojo de 975nm estabilizado en temperatura y corriente. La pinza \u00f3ptica est\u00e1 construida en base \u00f3ptica y opto-mec\u00e1nica Thorlabs que permite realizar im\u00e1genes de microscop\u00eda de Campo Claro en transmisi\u00f3n y cuenta con microscop\u00eda de fluorescencia de dos
